Watercolor painting is such a wonderful way to bring calm back when life feels overwhelming. For me, that can mean anything from the challenges of the weather to navigating bureaucratic tangles or even just deciding what to cook next. Sitting down with a brush, a few colors and a piece of paper helps me pause, breathe, and let go of all those distractions.
